Location

This well -thought out studio is in Datchet , a picturesque village next to  Windsor across the Thames. Windsor centre is a  25 minutes walk , with Windsor  Castle  about 15/20 minutes walk , across Eton College fields and the bridge.  Buses on Slough Rd  to Slough station.  Trains from Datchet to Windsor ( Eton Riverside station near Castle ) 4 minutes ride approximately and every half hour.

There are  direct trains from Datchet to London Waterloo ( about 50 minutes/1 hour ) or from Windsor Central to London Paddington (about 45 minutes). Cafes, pubs and restaurants,  and shop  in Datchet, with many more in Windsor. Parking next to the property.   Take a boat trip on the Thames,or walk to Eton, home of the famous school, or the Castle. Take a train to London, Oxford or Bath or drive to explore the Thames Valley and  the Cotswolds. 

The studio

Open plan studio  adjoining the owners’ house with its own  sheltered private garden with outdoor table and chairs. ( see photo) . Located in a small lane off Eton Rd NW of Datchet village centre.

Bedroom area. The beds can be made either as a double bed or 2 single beds.

Sitting/dining /kitchen area. Two comfortable armchairs, and a dining table and chairs for 2. The small kitchen includes an electric hob (cooktop) . microwave and grill, washer/drier and frig. 

Bathroom. Walk -in shower with washbasin, WC.

No smoking studio. Linen and towels included. Cleaning  before and after your stay.  A folding floor mattress can be provided for a child, or a travel cot (crib) for a baby.
