Warwick Square is in the middle of Pimlico, the quieter residential area of the City of Westminster. Victoria and Westminster Cathedral are to the north and the River Thames to the south. Short walk ( 6 minutes approximately) to Pimlico tube station, local shops, cafes and restaurants , and buses to all areas. Walking distance to the river, Victoria bus and rail/tube stations, and the Victoria shopping area. (Victoria tube station 7 minutes approxinately) Buses 2/3 minutes.
The apartment building is in Warwick Square overlooking the central gardens. The well-kept communal entrance to the building leads to the stairs and lift to the first floor apartment (2nd floor N.America ) .
Sitting and dining rooms, and kitchen
The comfortable sitting room has a fireplace and plenty of seating. This room leads out onto the balcony which stretches almost the length of the apartment, and overlooks the street and gardens. The adjoining kitchen/diner includes washer/drier, oven and hob, microwave and the usual kitchen equipment, and a dining table for 4.
Bedroooms and bathrooms
The rear master bedroom has a king – sized double bed and en-suite shower room/WC. The second bedroom is at the front with twin beds and adjoining shower room/WC.
