Sandwich St is a small street of Georgian period and modern buildings. 5 minutes walk to Russell Square tube, and approximately 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross/Euston/St Pancras for tube and train (including Eurostar). Walk to the many local shops and cafes 3 or 4 minutes away . Large shopping centre with supermarkets and larger shops is near the Russell Square tube stop. Close to the British Museum, UCL, the British Library and many more academic institutions. Covent Garden and Leicester Square theatre areas are only a 15/20 minute walk approximately or a short bus/tube/taxi ride.
Accommodation
The bright and well-furnished apartment is on the upper ground floor with 2/3 steps to access the main building entrance and hallway. It comprises the whole ground floor of the building with the bedroom and patio at rear and main living area at the front. Enter through the main front door to the common hallway and the apartment door is to the left.

There is an open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen at the front, overlooking the street, with dining table for 2 , seating , and kitchen area.
Bedroom
The bedroom is at the rear , with 2 single beds and closet space.
The beds can be arranged side by side ( not as on current photo). Quiet as at rear of building.

Walk in shower,basin and WC.
General
The rear raised private patio has seating, plants , and overlooks an inner courtyard area available only to residents of adjoining buildings. Weekly cleaning and linen change. Small and bright 1 bedroom apartment with quiet (for London) bedroom , on attractive street.
