LOCATION

This attractive mews cottage is in a quiet ( for London)  cobbled street in the Notting Hill area of Bayswater.  Within walking distance of 3 tubes stops , and near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park . Bayswater, Queensway and Notting Hill Gate tube stops are close , as well as nearby Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express and trains to Windsor, Salisbury and the West, Wales, and the South West.  Buses are within 5 minutes walk also.  Plenty of local shops,supermarkets, as well as Portobello Market famous for antiques.

THE HOUSE

The cottage is on 2 storeys and entered from the street.

Ground floor. This has wooden flooring and comprises the living areas. The sitting area has a large L shaped sofa ,  coffee table ,large TV while the new kitchen/diner has an island kitchen (the island can be used as a breakfast bar) , circular dining table and chairs for 4. The kitchen has all machines .

Upper floor. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor with bedrooms and bathrooms.  The master bedroom has a super-king sized double bed with ensuite walk- in shower room with WC and wash basin, plenty of storage.

Bedroom 2 has a standard size double . Bathroom 2 has a bathtub with shower over, a washbasin and WC.

Outside front : in sunny weather guests can sit out front and enjoy the view.
