2nd floor walk -up apartment between Kings Rd and the Thames

LOCATION

The apartment is in Purcell House, a purpose-built apartment building on Milmans St, a short  street  running north/south from Kings Rd to the riverside at Chelsea Harbour.  Immediately west of the larger Beaufort St, it is close to the shops and restaurants of Kings Rd, as well as the Thames Embankment at Cheyne Walk . You can walk either way along the river, or cross Battersea Bridge to the lovely Battersea Park.

Many buses are 1/3 minutes walk away on Beaufort St, Kings Rd and Cheyne Walk.  West Brompton tube /train station and South Kensington tube stop are each about 15 minutes walk. Most locals take a nearby bus to S.Kensington station to link with the tube network. ( Travel cards cover all tubes and buses- and some boats too!).

THE APARTMENT

This is 2nd floor walk up with a balcony, and looks over gardens towards other buidings.

Sitting/dining room and kitchen

The large sitting room has sofas and a dining area leading out to the balcony. Off the sitting room is a study area with desk and even a printer . The modern bright kitchen as all machines.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed , and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 has twin beds.  Bathroom 1 has a walk in shower, basin and WC, while bathroom 2 has a bathtub with a new shower over the bath, basin and WC.
