The location
Cooper Close is a small ” close” and building off Morley Street, near the junction with Waterloo Road. Only a 5 minute walk to Lambeth North and Southwark tube stations. Waterloo tube/train station and Waterloo shopping centre are a 10/15 minute walk or short bus ride (many buses on Waterloo Road pass the building). Walk for 10/ 15 minutes walk to reach Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Bloomsbury and the British Library are a direct bus ride away, or a short tube ride. Small supermarket, shops, banks, pubs, restaurants and a good street market are within 5/10 minute walk. Large shopping centre with supermarkets at Waterloo. Also in walking distance are the London Eye , the National, Old Vic, Globe and Film Theatres, concert halls, the London Aquarium, many art galleries including the New Tate and many pubs and restaurants.

Cooper Close is a modern-style building with pleasant gardens at the rear with shrubs and permanent residents’ car parking areas. Comfortable and clean but “no frills” basic apartment.

The small kitchen includes a breakfast bar , stove/oven/grill, washer/drier and microwave
