This elegant and stylish town house is located in Billing St, a small private road off the Fulham Rd.  Walk to bus stops to all areas  only 2 minutes walk, or to Fulham Broadway tube stop 7/8 minutes walk . Local shops, restaurants and a large supermarket within a few minutes walk.  Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea Football Club in nearby for football fans.

The house

This is on 3 storeys , lower ground,  upper ground and first (top) floor. The lower floor has a double bedroom at the front with a standard double bed . The rear sitting room/study with sofa bed has large windows leading onto to the small rear garden. This room can be used as a third “bedroom” being separate from the rest of the house. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub with shower over, basin and WC.

The upper ground floor has the sitting/dining room with  comfortable sofa and chairs, fireplace,  and dining area leading onto a small balcony. The modern kitchen has all machines.   Washer and separate drier.

The upper floor has the master bedroom with king-sized double bed, and bathroom with bathtub with hand shower, wash basin, and a separate walk-in shower  and WC. A blow up bed can be provided if required . (max. persons 5 )
