This spacious apartment is in a quiet (for London ) residential street on the east side of Regents Park. 5 minutes walk to Mornington Crescent tube stop (Northern Line ) ; 15 minutes walk to Kings Cross/Euston (many tube lines). Buses to all areas within 3/4 minutes including direct 27 bus to/ from Paddington for Heathrow Express.
15/20 minutes walk to the British Library and N. edge of Bloomsbury , or 5 minute bus ride. Within Regents Park is the open air theatre, Zoo, Regents College, and lots of space to walk, sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Local shops within a few minutes walk, with all shops, supermarkets,open air markets , cafes , in Camden Town centre , as well as the huge shopping centre at St Pancras . Good local pub.

Lower ground floor modern apartment with own private entrance, in a period property. Helpful owners live in upper part of the same building. Private front patio with table and chairs, pleasant for sitting out after a busy day.

Large sitting/dining room with comfortable sofa and chairs, dining table for 6, a feature fireplace, and a single bed that doubles as extra seating . Large sofa bed. The open plan kitchen includes a cooker and oven, microwave, frig/freezer, dishwasher. Laundry area with washer/drier .
Bedroom and bathroom.
Bedroom with a UK king-size double bed , and bathroom with walk in shower and WC. Second WC room. .
Storage room for luggage. Portable fans available. Baby cot available by prior request (bring own cot linen)
